The Glastonbury Police Department arrested a Marlborough woman, who is accused of driving her motor vehicle while intoxicated and with two children in the car.
Officers stopped for a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Hebron Avenue and Oak Street around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
During the course of their investigation, officers arrested Albina Ciesla, 29, and charged her with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, DUI, following too closely and using a cell phone without hands-free device.
She was released on a $55,000 bond and is expected to be arraigned in Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 30.
The ages of the children in the car were not released by police.
