High school worker arrested for harassing Naugatuck teenager

Police in Milford arrested a part-time Naugatuck High School employee after police said he sent inappropriate messages to a 16-year-old girl on Wednesday.

Byron Jordan, 26, was arrested at his Milford home on Thursday. He was charged with second-degree harassment and after being released on a $2,500 bond, is expected to be arraigned in Superior Court in Waterbury on Nov. 28.

According to police, Jordan was sending inappropriate messages to the teenager, who lives in Naugatuck, through texts and blog posts.
