Silver Alert issued for missing Ledyard womanPosted: Updated:
The Connecticut State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing Ledyard woman.
Police said 43-year-old Michelle Calver was last seen at her apartment on Michael Lane on Nov. 8 around 6:30 p.m. However, she was only reported missing on Wednesday night by her father.
According to police, Calver suffers from paranoid schizophrenic, depression and bi-polar disorder and it is believed that she has not taken her prescribed medications in about a year.
Calver is being described as 5'2" and weighs 120 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. It is unknown what she was wearing when she went missing, however, she often carries a purse and small bag.
Calver does not own a cell phone or motor vehicle and has no immediate family in Connecticut except her father and mother, according to police.
