The Pima County Sheriff's Department says a young man riding in an SUV has died in a rollover crash in the community of Vail southeast of Tucson.
Sheriff's spokesman Tom Peine says the 41-year-old woman driving the SUV ran a stop sign just after 9 p.m. Friday. The vehicle then hit a dirt berm and rolled onto its side.
An 18-year-old man was partially ejected and died when he was trapped under the SUV.
The driver and a 16-year-old boy also riding in the SUV suffered minor injuries.
Peine says illegal drugs and paraphernalia were found in the SUV. No names were immediately released.
