Two women in a crosswalk were hit by the driver of a UPS truck late Tuesday afternoon, Phoenix police said.
The women, who were not immediately identified, were taken to the hospital. Both are expected to be OK.
The accident happened just after 4 p.m. at 32nd Street and Campbell.
The UPS truck was turning off of 32nd Street and the driver apparently did not see the pair, Sgt. Tommy Thompson of the Phoenix Police Department said.
Neither pedestrian went under the vehicle, according to Phoenix Police Sgt. Bryant Rockwood.
One of the pedestrians is in her 50s and the other is a teenager.
