"I only had a couple" would be an extraordinary understatement for one Golden Valley man who has been arrested by Mohave County Sheriff's deputies.

Authorities said they saw Roy Dean Medlin Sr., 56, driving 35 mph in a 25 mph zone while also failing to stay in his lane. Deputies pulled Medlin over on West Chino Drive at North Adobe Road and he admitted to drinking.

After failing field sobriety tests Medlin was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where tests determined his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .264.

This inordinate BAC not only hit Medlin with an ordinary DUI for a BAC over 0.8 but also tacked on an extreme DUI for a BAC of .15 to .20 and a super extreme DUI for a BAC of more than .20.
