TUCSON, AZ (AP) -

A Tucson man is facing up to a 22-year prison term after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.

Pima County prosecutors said 34-year-old Norman N. Mixon entered his plea in the case Monday. He will be sentenced Nov. 19 and could get between 10 and 22 years in prison.

The Arizona Daily Star said Mixon and 39-year-old James Powell got into a fight at a trailer park last January.

Tucson police said Powell was found with stab wounds and later died at a hospital.

Prosecutors said the two men were related by marriage.

Witnesses told police that Mixon had boarded a bus. Officers stopped the bus and arrested Mixon on suspicion of first-degree murder.

Prosecutors tell the Arizona Daily Star that the incident was alcohol-related.
