Four witnesses testified Tuesday morning in the re-trial of Michael Jakscht.
Jakscht is accused of being under the influence of methamphetamine when he drove his dump truck into a group of motorcyclists, killing four of them back in March 2010.
On Tuesday, the jury heard from four different witnesses, including a rider with the group who saw his friends get killed in the crash.
Jakscht is facing four counts of manslaughter and additional counts of aggravated assault and endangerment.
