1 injured in AZ high school shootingPosted: Updated:
One person was injured and one is in custody after a shooting at Willcox High School that resulted in a lockdown Thursday, according to KOLD, the CBS affiliate in Tucson.
According to Willcox Vice Mayor Monica Cronberg, one person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Willcox School Superintendent Dr. Richard Rundhaugh said no students were injured.
The lockdown was lifted shortly after 5 p.m.
According to Rundhaugh, the shooting happened at the school's baseball field and those involved were there to see a game. He said the baseball players and participants in a nearby tennis match are all safe.
Identities of the person in custody has not been released.
