Arizona part of 26-state coalition fighting ObamaCare

Arizona is joining 26 states in filing a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court fighting the Affordable Care Act.
The coalition, led by Attorney Paul Clement, says the 11th Circuit Court was correct in finding President Barack Obama's health-care reform plan unconstitutional. However, the coalition claims the court erred in allowing other unconstitutional provisions to stand, including the expansion of Medicaid regulations on states such as Arizona.
Gov. Jan Brewer says, "ObamaCare represents a fiscal and regulatory nightmare for states like Arizona that are already dealing with an ongoing budget crisis."
The controversial health-care reform plan passed last year requires virtually every American to purchase health insurance. Obama says the plan will make sure insurers no longer deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions.
