EUGENE, Ore. -- Taylor Lilley scored 14 points to lead Oregon to a 68-55 win over Arizona last night.

Ellie Manou added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Ducks, now 5-8 overall and 2-1 in the Pac-10.

Orgeon has two straight after losing all six of its December games.

The Ducks led 25-24 at halftime and briefly fell behind when the Wildcats went on a 12-5 run to go up 38-36 with 14:27 to play.

But Oregon answered with an 11-2 run over the next three minutes to take a 47-40 advantage and never trailed again.

Sophomore center Ify Ibekwe had 23 points and 15 rebounds for the UofA, whose record fell to 7-8 overall and 0-3 in league play.
