Memphis chooses Ariz. assistant coach Josh Pastner

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Memphis' John Calipari has selected Arizona assistant coach Josh Pastner to help boost recruiting and improve their starting line.
Pastner's appointment announced on Monday comes as Memphis looks to lose most of their starting lineup to the NBA draft. Calipari's choice still has to be approved by the school and the Tennessee Board of Regents.
Pastner has spent the last six years at Arizona and pushed the team to two Pac-10 regular season championships and two NCAA Tournament regional finals.
