Coyotes' top affiliate still alive in AHL playoffs

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The Phoenix Coyotes' top minor-league affiliate is still alive in the American Hockey League playoffs.
The San Antonio Rampage is tied with the Toronto Marlies at two wins apiece heading into Game 5 of their best-of-seven series tonight in Texas.
The Marlies won Game 4 on Wednesday night in San Antonio by a 4-2 margin.
Mesa native David Spina scored with nine seconds left to get the Rampage within a goal but Toronto held on for the win.
Steven Goertzen had San Antonio's other goal.
Josh Tordjman made 30 saves for the Rampage.
