ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb was inactive for the fourth consecutive week with injuries to his right foot, with John Skelton again getting the start Sunday against the St. Louis Rams.

Kolb has turf toe and a bone bruise.

Rams middle linebacker James Laurinaitis (foot) and defensive end Chris Long (ankle) were active after being questionable. Wide receiver Danario Alexander (hamstring) was out for the fifth game in a row and running back Cadillac Williams (calf) missed his second consecutive game.

Cardinals tight end Rob Housler (groin) was inactive and linebacker Joey Porter (knee) previously had been ruled out.

Cornerback Michael Adams, offensive tackle Brandon Keith and tight end Todd Heap were active after being listed as questionable
