TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals released defensive tackle Keilen (KEE-len) Dykes from their 53-man roster and re-signed him to the practice squad Tuesday.

To make room on the practice squad, the Cardinals released defensive end Alex Field.

Dykes was signed to the active roster from the Cardinals practice squad on Sept. 16. He played in two games and had one tackle.

Dykes was signed by Arizona as a rookie free agent out of West Virginia in April 2008 and spent all last season on the Cardinals' practice squad.
