PHOENIX -- Sibling rivalry is an inherent part of the family dynamic.
3TV's Gina Maravilla talked to Former Major League baseball player turned coach and instructor Chad Moeller about sibling rivalry on the sports field.
"Without a doubt, it all starts at home," he said. "Brother and sisters are always going to be competitive at home. But on the field, in particular, we have to make sure we keep the comparisons quiet. Also, make sure we try not to play favorites."
The key is to celebrate the individual, understanding that one child's skills and accomplishments might be very different from another's.
"Give them each a chance to have success," Moeller said.
