Will Figures added 21 points for the Bears, who've now won three out of their last four games. Cameron Jones scored 17 points to lead the Lumberjacks, who fell to 11-11 on the season.

PHOENIX (AP) — Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash has celebrated his 36th birthday, with his team in the midst of a five-game winning streak -- including the Suns' first 4-0 road trip since December 2006. Nash marked his birthday yesterday amid speculation that Suns forward Amare Stoudemire could be traded in the next two weeks. Nash says that would be a shame.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Ross McGowan of England gets the final spot in the 64-man Match Play Championship in Arizona, but only if Tiger Woods doesn't show up. Sunday was the cutoff for players to qualify for Match Play based on the world ranking. Kevin Na shot a 66 to secure his spot in the $8.5 million World Golf Championship, which is held Feb. 17-21 in Marana (Ariz.).
