ST. LOUIS (AP) — Arizona Cardinals linebacker Chike Okeafor is out for the second straight week with a back injury, missing Sunday's game at St. Louis.
Rams offensive guard Richie Incognito is sidelined for the third straight game with a foot injury.
Another Cardinals linebacker returned, with Gerald Hayes recovered from a back injury that sidelined him for two games. The Cardinals had listed seven players as questionable.
Four Rams defensive linemen with nagging injuries were all expected to play. Ends Chris Long (knee), James Hall (back) and Leonard Little (knee) all missed practice time during the week, along with tackle Clifton Ryan (toe).
