PHOENIX -- Silent Witness is offering a reward to help find a bank robber.
According to Phoenix police Detective Mike Fischer, a woman entered the Chase Bank at 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road at approximately 2:20 p.m. Monday.
The suspect approached a teller and presented a demand note. The teller handed over cash and the suspect fled the bank on foot. No vehicle was seen.
The suspect is described as a white female, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 140 pounds. She has acne scars on her cheeks, drawn-on eyebrows and dark hair, which was pulled back.
Fischer said the suspect was wearing dark sunglasses, dark blue medical scrubs, white shoes and she was carrying a large black purse.
Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for the arrest or indictment of the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call 480-WITNESS.
