CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Chandler police say they’ve arrested a serial flasher who’s been terrorizing Valley apartment complexes.

According to police, 18-year-old Cameron Strempel has been arrested and booked into jail on two felony charges and six misdemeanor charges.

Strempel is accused of exposing himself to women at apartment complexes near Warner Road and Arizona Avenue.

The victims range in age from 6 years old to more than 60 years old.

The first reported incident happened in January, and the reports of indecent exposure continued into May.

Police went on to create a composite sketch of the suspect, and then went door to door in the apartment complexes handing out copies of the sketch.

One day while handing out sketches, police said they began receiving leads that led them to Strempel.

They were then able to obtain a photo of Strempel and put together a photo lineup. Several victims subsequently identified Strempel as the suspect.

Strempel was located on Tuesday and taken into custody.

He is being held on a $10,000 bond.
