PHOENIX – The next illegal immigration law in Arizona may focus on children born in the United States to parents who are illegal immigrants.

Time Magazine reports Arizona republicans will likely introduce legislation this fall that would deny birth certificates to what many are referring to as "anchor babies."

State Senator Russell Pearce would once again be the leading architect of the new bill.

He was also the driving force behind Senate Bill 1070, which is expected to take effect on July 29.

The question many are asking now is whether the new legislation concerning illegal immigrants' babies would violate the U.S. Constitution?
