PHOENIX - One man is dead after a fatal accident at the intersection of 20th Street and Bell Road.
According to police a male in his 50s was driving northbound on 20th Street when the vehicle collided with a female driver headed eastbound on Bell Road.
The make driver had to be extricated and was pronounced dead on scene.
The female had four kids in her car ages 10-14 that were transported to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
Police are investigating what might have caused the two cars to collide.
