Man allegedly stabs estranged wife in Phoenix

PHOENIX -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly stabbed his estranged wife during a domestic dispute Monday morning.

Phoenix police Detective James Holmes said the incident occurred at the couple's home near 18th and Van Buren streets.

The 52-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital with a non life-threatening injury.

Kenneth Hendrix, 44, is described as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black shirt with "Rocky Balboa" in yellow.
