GLENDALE, Ariz -- Two Glendale police officers have resigned and a civilian employee was fired after a lengthy internal investigation by the Glendale police department.

Officer Adam Fisher resigned after being accused of having sex with a married co-worker at her Glendale home while he was supposed to be on patrol.  Fisher and another officer, Daniel Arreola, are also accused of sending sexually explicit and racially offensive text messages to other officers and submitting falsified time sheets.  Arreola has also resigned.

A spokesman for the Glendale police department says these actions are not consist ant with the department's core beliefs or mission and steps are being taken to prevent future misconduct.

SHAMEFULL! It makes a bad influence on the PD, and their whole company, You hear this often , but it really needs to stop. Police Officers are devoted to keeping the community's safe and sincere. They are not there to cause harm to others, or put them in a bad position. Glendale is a wonderful city, keep those bad guys out of there.
