PHOENIX -- Three more men and a teenager have been arrested in a fatal gang-related drive-by shooting in Phoenix last November.

Phoenix police announced Wednesday that 21-year-old Jacorion White, 18-year-old Theodore Montgomery, 18-year-old D'Drique Price and a 15-year-old boy were in custody in connection with the shooting.

Last week, police arrested 18-year-old Marquis Daquan Young in the case.

"It's a little bit of a relief, but it's not going to bring my daughter back," said Deqa Osman, whose daughter, Nora Osman, was killed in the drive-by shooting.

Police say gang members fired 30 rounds into a group of people outside a house party in Laveen on Nov. 9, apparently targeting members of a rival gang. Three other people were wounded.

"That devastated me that night," Deqa Osman told 3TV Wednesday. "I could not stop my daughter dying."

Osman said she moved to the United States from Somalia in hopes of escaping the violence in the war-torn country and giving her family of eight a better life.

Osman said Nora was attending Phoenix College with plans to become a pediatrician when she was killed.

"Somebody made her dream cut short and mine, too," Osman said.

Osman described her second oldest daughter as "the glue" of the family and said she misses her laugh most of all.

"I cannot describe how we are missing her," she said. "There's no moment where we don't talk about her or mention her name."

White is being held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and leading/assisting a criminal street gang.

Young, Price, Montgomery and the teen are being held on suspicion of first-degree and felony murder, drive-by shooting, conspiracy to commit murder, leading/assisting a criminal street gang and three counts of aggravated assault.

"It's really heartbreaking," Osman said. "The worst part is, they're children, too."
