1 Package Biscotti or Lady fingers
1 Cup sweet marsala or Vin Santo
1 Pound mascarpone
2 Tbsp Sugar
3 ½ oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Smash up your cookies. Put broken cookies into cake pan and pour half the liqueur on top. In a separate bowl, mix together the mascarpone, sugar, and the rest of the liqueur. Add ¼ of the chocolate. Mix well and then spread the whole mixture over the cookies. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top. Scoop into cups or bowls of your liking.
