Green Angel “Hair” with Black Olive Eyes
Prep time: 15 minutes
12 ounces angel hair pasta
2/3 cup prepared basil pesto
1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add the pesto and sundried tomatoes and stir to coat the pasta with the pesto.
Transfer pasta to a serving platter and top with olives and parmesan cheese.

White Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Screamers
Prep time: 30 minutes
1 cup white chocolate morsels
12 large strawberries with green stems intact
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Coat a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, double boiler or in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
Dip the strawberries into the white chocolate, coating the berry all the way up to the stem end.
Transfer the strawberries to the parchment paper to cool. When the white chocolate is hard, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave, double boiler or in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
Transfer the semi-sweet chocolate to a pastry bag or plastic freezer bag. Snip off one of the corners (making a hole about the size of a pencil point). Squeeze the chocolate through the corner of the bag and draw faces on the strawberries – two eyes, a mouth (and a nose if you want)!
Makes 12 strawberries
