Warm Nutella Fondant with Berries
¼# Dark chocolate
½ # Butter
6ea Whole eggs
1 ½ c Sugar
½ c All purpose flour
Melt the chocolate and the butter over a double boiler
Combine the eggs, sugar and flour
Whisk in the chocolate butter mixture into the dry ingredients
Pour into buttered and sugared ramekins
Bake at 400f for approx 9-10min and freeze reheat in oven for 4-5min and unmold onto the plate .
If not gooey then bake for a little less time.
