Skirt Steak with Shiso Chimichurri

8oz skirt steak, clean

Blend and combine all ingredients:
10 leaves Perilla (shiso leaf)
1/2 bunch Parsley
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup rice oil
1/2 cup rive vinegar
2ea yellow onions (rough chop)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Grilled Broccoli Raab with Ginger and Shallot

2 bunches broccoli raab blanched.

Blend and Combine all following ingredients:
2ea shallot minced
1ea garlic clove
2ea shallot
1 pinch sushi ginger
1tbl rice oil
1/4 cup soy
1/4 rice vinegar
