Mother's Day Gift Guide For All Kinds Of Moms
by:  Rachel Harris, Managedmoms.com

Do you need to find a sentimental gift for your loving Mom?  Or how about the mother that has everything?  Are you looking for something really unique?  Shopping for the mama who possesses a wicked sense of humor can be fun, too.  Take a look at the gift ideas I found for the very important mother in your life.  Mother's Day is just around the corner and happens on Sunday, May 11th.

For The Charitable Mom
I'm a big fan of gifts that give back, so I was intrigued to learn about Karma gifts that give back to different organizations that include an international orphanage, backpacks filled with food for hungry children and more.  Karma's Happy Trails Ceramic Travel Mug is perfect for the Mom on the go who likes to give back to the world.  The vibrantly decorated mug sells for $15 HERE.  I also like the  Marrakech Weekender Floral Bag, a beautiful big bag that is perfect for that weekend get-a-way and it sells for $75 HERE. Check out www.karmagifts.com to see the big variety of all types of colorful gifts that give back.  Cool company!

For The Photography Mom
If your Mom loves to take pictures, grab some of her faves of the family and contact Sharon with her wall art business because you will love how she takes your existing pictures and mounts them into a beautiful wall art display.  See the segment to see the one that she did for our family. This is truly a unique idea that Moms (and Dads for Father's Day) love.  Prices range from $150 to $400 and can be ordered at SBALBUMDESIGN@COX.NET.

For The Wine Loving Mom (yes I fall into this category)

The most stylish wine bottle I've found is the VOGA Italia line that come straight from Italy and is packaged in pretty bottles that makes a nice gift idea.  Choose from VOGA's line of Pinot Grigio, Quattro, Sparkling, Merlot and Rose.  To see how pretty the collection is, watch the segment and the wine tastes great, too.  VOGA is sold at Total Wine stores and the prices start at $8.99  making this an affordable Vino.  Cheers to that!

If the mom you are shopping for loves wine, you have got to check out the Savino Wine Preservation Glassware that both preserves a open bottle of wine and can be brought to the table and served from the same container that was used to preserve and store it.  This is such a clever idea and it works well.  It is today's wine tomorrow.  Savino sells for $59.95 at http://savino.myshopify.com/products/savino-todays-wine-tomorrow.

Another fun idea to buy little a cute home decor sign that can also be hung over a gift bottle of wine that says "Note To Self:  DRINK MORE WINE" which I happen to think is a fine wine idea.  That fun little sign sells at Expressions gift boutique located at 40th Street and Chandler Blvd. in Ahwatukee.  This is one of my favorite unique boutiques.

A Great Gift For Little Kids To Get Mom
If you are shopping for a gift that is perfect to go to Mom from a small child, check out the Chantilly Lane dolls which are soft stuffed bears dressed up that sing a sweet song to Mom.  Choose between Martina who sings "In My Daughter's Eyes" or Pearl's Mom that sings "Because You Loved Me' and really this can be a sweet gift from and for all ages, too.  Both can be ordered for $25 each at Teresa' Creative Gifts HERE. Or email your order to teresascreativegifts@gmail.com.

Ideas For The Mom Who Has Everything

Sometimes it is hard to think of a good gift, so here are a couple of unique ideas...

*A subscription to her favorite magazine.  My mom always gets me a subscription to Health magazine, so now it is my turn to sign her up for her favorite mag or get her a really unique subscription for a monthly delivery of cool beauty products.  My favorite one is BirchBox and it only costs $10 a month.  For that Mom gets a cool pink box delivered to her home every month that holds all kinds of beauty products, some that are new, some that are unique and are high end so Mom gets to try nice items.  BirchBox also almost always includes a little healthy treat, too.   Last month my Birchbox came with herbal tea and this month a KIND Maple Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt Healthy Grains Bar was included., which happens to be my favorite snack bar!  Other items this month was BeeKind Body Lotion, Yogini perfume and more.  I love receiving my BirchBox and I bet Mom would like one, too.

BirchBox has also put together a limited edition box that is called In Full Bloom, that's inspired by flowers with garden-centric products to delight every type of mom, from a rose-infused facial mist to an airy spring fragrance. Check it out at www.birchbox.com.

*Global Beauty Basket - Make her a global gift beauty basket and fill it with products from around the world.  An example would be the  Jabu’she Swedish anti-aging skin care line that is designed to improve the natural elegance of skin. Jabu’she contains the patented QAL-100 formula which is backed by clinical research and published in the British Journal of Dermatology.  For more information visit this link

For The Stylish Bling Bling Mom
Every single time I wear my beautiful bling wedge flip flops that I buy from local company, Teresa's Creative Gifts, I get multiple compliments.  If the mother you are shopping for likes bling styles that are tasteful and not over the top, check out the Montana West flip flops that I show on camera and the Olive & Pique teal bling ball cap that is also in my segment.  I paid $26 for the shoes and they are the most comfortable pair of shoes and give me a little lift to boot.  The hat sells for $30 and all of Teresa's gifts are sold through her Facebook page at this link.  Teresa gets different and fun unique hard to find items at lower prices every week.  Orders can also be taken through the email at teresascreativegifts@gmail.com.

For The Humorous Mom
If your mother has a good sense of humor and loves funny items, check out a fun and stylish home decor sign that says "I'm still Hot....It just comes in Flashes" and that will make her laugh. I found that for $12 at a unique boutique in the Ahwatukee/Chandler area called Expressions. They are located at 40th Street and Chandler Blvd. in the Trader Joe's shopping center.

Sentimental & Sweet

Expressions also had a sweet dish towel that comes in pretty bright yellow that says "Home is where your Mom is" and that thoughtful gift sells for $18.00 and is embroidered, too.

Give her a touching necklace from the Tina Steinberg collection.  This line is personalized and consists of unique handmade jewelry.  The Love Touch Collection features Tina's signature items, which are sterling silver charms and pendants with your loved one's fingerprint impression and a short inscription on the back.  Her collection also includes a "Mama" charm on an 18 inch sterling silver slide chain with small Swarovski crystal accents.  Additional charms can be added to it with her children's names hand engraved on each one. For prices and to see the complete collection visit this link.

For The Mom To Be

Check out this sweet baby line that sells beautiful hypoallergenic and dermatologist approved baby bath and skin products called Noodle and Boo.  The company has lots of gift sets, too like the Bashful Bunny Kit that includes a sweet bashful plush baby bunny, the Noodle and Boo Ultimate Cleansing Cloths and the travel friendly Essential Care Kit which contains the super soft lotion, extra gentle shampoo and soothing body wash.  The complete set sells for $36 and comes in a pretty gift box, too.  To see all the products and sets, visit www.noodleandboo.com.

From the Tina Steinberg collection that is mentioned above, give her a necklace with a silver pregnant belly charm that reads "Full of Life."  So sweet!
