Spring stuff has hit the beauty shelves at Walgreens, so it is time for our monthly Ten Under Ten article!  Walgreens beauty expert and managedmoms.com writer, Bianca showed me this month’s picks that are either new, customer faves or items that Bianca and her coworkers enjoy.  Here is this month’s Ten Under Ten list…

*Revlon Nail Art Break-Up Nail Enamel -- $7.99 at Walgreens – Bianca is excited about this cool new nail product from Revlon because you get two nail colors in one and the attached top coat leaves a fun crackled finish.  Simply apply two coats of the polish that is marked #1 and then once dry, apply one coat of the color that is marked #2 and has the crackle design on the bottle, to get the fun effect.

*Eclos Plant Stem Cells Anti Aging Facial Cleanser Prep -- $7.99 at Walgreens – Bianca says that customers have been intrigued by this new line that uses plant stem cells for cellular rejuvenation.  Plant stem cells from a rare swiss apple are included in the product to stimulate skin stem cells to behave like younger skin.  Other ingredients include ginkgo biloba, turmeric and the anti-inflammatory properties from green tea.  Plus chamomile and cucumber soothe, revitalize and hydrate skin and the horse chestnut and willow bark help to firm skin and enhance cell turnover.  Plus this product has no parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes or petro-chemicals!  I’m intrigued, too!

*DermaVine Toe Juice -- $9.99 at Walgreens – What is toe juice, you ask?!  I asked Bianca the same thing!  She told me that this cool stuff seems to heal anything!  And the funny thing is that as I was writing this column, my daughter approached me with a bit of athlete’s foot on her toes, so we dabbed a bit on, it stung for a second, but now she says it is much better!  Created by a chemistry teacher, this blend of natural plant extracts also includes willow bark, lemon peel and Cinnamonum extracts.  Try it for Eczema, warts, ringworm and more.  Our family likes it.

*Burt’s Bees Herbal Blemish Stick -- $8.79 at Walgreens – With tea tree leaf oil, willow bark, Eucalyptus and more, this handy stick can be directly applied to a blemish for quick and easy treatment.  I love the Burt’s Bees line!

*Brushlab Brush & Mirror -- $8.99 – For a busy on-the-go Mom like me, I love this handy brush that houses a hand mirror on the back side of the brush.  Plus it is the kind of brush that I like that pumps when you push on it making for easy release of the hair strands.  Perfect for my daughter, too! This is a good idea!

*Aveeno 2-in-1 Pure Renewal Shampoo & Conditioner -- $7.99 at Walgreens – I like Aveeno skin lotion, so I was intrigued when they came out with a shampoo and conditioner blend.  With a nice light scent, this product is also sulfate-free and works for all hair types.

*Maybelline Shinesensational Lip Gloss Limited Edition -- $7.49 at Walgreens – With the Spring season comes spring colors, so Maybelline releases several fun pastel shades for the season.  I especially like the Kiss Me Coral shade.

*Wet n Wild FastDry Nail Color -- $1.99 – New shades from Wet n Wild and each bottle will only set you back two bucks.  Now that is a steal!

*Sinful Colors Nail Polish -- $1.99 – Bianca tells me that there has been a lot of positive chatter about the Sinful Colors nail polish on Pinterest.  Customers like this line and they love the price, plus lots of fun spring colors have arrived with this brand, too.

*Olay Soothing Cucumber Body Lotion -- $5.29 – Olay is also bringing out new items for Spring like this Cucumber Body Lotion that is infused with avocado oil and $5.29 a good price for the nice-sized container it comes in.

So that is our Ten Under Ten for March.  We will show our April picks the first week of next month, so stay tuned.  And remember to check managedmoms.com for more beauty news, recipes, pet pics and more!
