Crab Cake

[Serves six]

1    pound        Jumbo lump crabmeat
1/2    ounce        Lemon juice
1    tablespoon    Parsley (chopped)
1/3    cup        Mayonnaise
1    tablespoon    Dijon mustard
1        tablespoon    SherryVinegar
1        teaspoon       Sugar
1/3    cup        Panko Bread Crumbs


Salt and pepper to taste
