Vialone nano brown rice salad with orata

Ingredients:
‘Gazzani’ vialone nano rice integrale  1 cup
carrots 1oz
radishes 1 oz
fennel 1 oz
singh farm petite greens 1 oz
orata (sea bream) or any other fish
extra virgin olive oil
chardonnay vinegar
fennel pollen
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Season and cook the fish until done
Cook the brown rice like pasta drain and let cool, toss with all vegetables thinly sliced season, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and fennel pollen
Present the rice salad with the fish
