4 three ounce number 1 grade Ahi filet
2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
1 cup lemon olive oil
2 apples cut into quarters
1 cup cream
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Wasabi
4 Cups Arugula
1 tsp.Olive Oil
Place sesame seeds in shallow pan and spread out.
Brush ahi with lemon oil and coat with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
In a hot sauté pan bring lemon olive oil to high heat.
Sear ahi 15 seconds on each side, then reserve.
Bring cream to a boil in sauté pan, and then add wasabi, sugar and soy.
Place apples in pan and coat.
Slice ahi thin and arrange with apples on plate.
Dress arugula with some olive oil, lemon and salt and pepper.
