Seared Salmon with a Fruit, Spinach Salad

King Salmon
4-7oz. Salmon Filets
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. mo’rockin spice
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
1. Combine all of above in a bowl and mix well.
2. Sear the Salmon in a pan for 3 minutes on each side and serve.

Fruit Salad
1 cup of watermelon
1 cup of peaches
1 cup pitted cherries
1 cup honeydew melon
1 cup pineapple
3 cups spinach
1 cup shaved fennel
¼ cup shaved red onion
½ cup honey
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lime
2 Tbls. Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure
1. Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix well.
2. Top the salad with the Salmon and serve.
