Halibut Seared Hot Sesame Soy Yuzu Sauce

Ingredients:
9 thinly sliced halibut
garlic, minced
scallions, minced
ginger, grated
sesame seeds, toasted
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. yuzu (Japanese citrus juice)

Instructions:
Place thin slices of halibut in a circular shape on plate.
Take garlic, ginger and scallions and place a little on each piece of fish.
Combine olive oil and sesame oil in a bowl and then mix soy sauce and yuzu in a separate bowl.
In a heated saute pan, add in olive oil and sesame oil mixture and bring to a slight boil or until you see a  slight shimmer on surface.
Pour soy sauce yuzu mixture over fish and then remove olive oil sesame oil mixture sauce from heat and then pour gently over fish to slightly sear.
Serve immediately.
