Grilled chicken with ginger cream over gemelli pasta

Chicken Breast
4-6oz. boneless chicken breast
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. granulated Garlic
2 Tbsp.Tamari (low sodium soy)
1 Tbsp. black pepper

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
Remove from marinade and grill until fully cooked.
Slice the chicken and set it aside.

Ginger Cream
2 Tbsp. pickled ginger (chopped)
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 chopped shallots
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. butter
24 oz. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ cooked gemelli pasta
1 cup of julienne snow peas
1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds

Instructions:
Using a large saucepan, sauté the garlic, ginger, shallots in the butter and the sesame oil for 5 minutes.
Add the cilantro, cream and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the pasta to the cream and season with the salt and pepper.
Top the pasta with the chicken, sprinkle with snow peas and the sesame seeds, over the top and serve.
