Ingredients:
1-Pound-80/20 Ground Beef
4-Roma Tomatoes (Sliced)
½-Head ice Berg Lettuce (Chopped)
1-Avacado-Sliced
½-Medium Red Onion (Sliced)
1-Tablespoon-Worchestershire Sauce
2-Teaspoons-Granulated Garlic
1-Teaspoon Cumin
1-Tablespoon Parsley (Chopped)
2-Tablespoons Blue Cheese Crumbles

Procedure:
In a medium size bowl, mix Ground Beef, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Cumin, and Parsley, shape into two patties, grill to desired temperature.

Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
½-Dill Pickle (chopped)
1-Tablesppon Balsamic Vinegar
2-Tablespoons Olive Oil
2-Tablespoons, Cooked Bacon (Chopped)

Whisk all ingredients together

Final Step:
Begin building tower starting with tomato, shredded lettuce, onion, burger, avocado, blue cheese,bacon then drizzle with vinaigrette
