Ingredients:
3 ea. 8 oz angus beef patty
1 oz. havarti cheese
1 oz. cheddar cheese
3 ea. honey wheat hamburger bun
1 oz. butter leaf lettuce
1 sliced heirloom tomato 
1 small onion – julienned and caramelized
9 slices applewood smoked bacon – cooked crispy

Instructions:
Grill hamburger patties to desired temperature. During the last minute of cooking add cheese to the hamburger patties. Lightly toast the hamburger buns. Assemble the hamburgers using the rest of the ingredients and the condiments of your choice.
