Ingredients:
1 apple – cored & sliced thinly
½ cup baby arugula
1 oz. point reyes blue cheese
2 Tbsp. candied hazelnuts
2 Tbsp. pickled shallots
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. ice wine vinegar
Salt & fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together. Putting together the apple and layer all the other ingredients together.
