The new Cirque du Soleil show "KOOZA!" opens June 8. It's under the big top at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. 3rd Annual Arizona Barbecue Festival
The 3rd Annual Arizona Barbecue Festival is this Saturday and Sunday at Salt River Fields. More than 80 teams from across the nation will compete for the $40,000 prize purse. The Arizona Barbecue Festival is a Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) sanctioned event; the grand champion qualifies to attend the World Barbecue Championship in Las Vegas, Nov. 3. General admission: $12, kids under 12 are free. Two-day pass $20; VIP pass $100 (all you can eat in VIP tent and access to Whiskey Row)
$2 food and drink tickets. $10 wristband for Whiskey Row, which is good for 10 samples of whiskey.
