Beverly Kidd

Beverly Kidd joined the 3TV family in August 2001. Starting off on the anchor desk for the weekend morning show, Kidd is now the evening news anchor and health reporter.

 

After earning her bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., Kidd racked up 10 years of experience in broadcasting.

 

Before joining Arizona's Family, Kidd spent eight years as an anchor and health reporter for WTKR, which is near her hometown of Virginia Beach, Va.

 

In addition to her on-air work there, Kidd spent four years as a volunteer with Norfolk's Crimeline Program. During that time, she received the Governor's Award for volunteer excellence.

 

Kidd is a huge music fan and budding musician. When she's not on television, she loves hiking, playing the bass guitar, playing tennis and spending time with her little boys.
