Ingredients - Angel Food Cake
12 Egg Whites
2 T Water              
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Zest 1/4 of Lemon
¼ cup Sugar
1 Cup Cake Flour
Take the first 5 ingredients and whip them together softly with a whisk. High to medium in a Kitchen Aid Mixer. Make sure it doesn't bubble.
Then sift 1/4 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Cake Flour and add to the mixture. Fold into Egg White Mixture (small amounts at a time)
Bake the cake at 350 degrees and about 10 minutes. Cut into desired square sizes.

Ingredients - Filling
1 C heavy cream
1 C whole milk        
3 egg yolks
3 whole eggs
1/3 C sugar

Heat up one cup heavy cream and one cup whole milk (avoid boiling).
Whisk together 3 egg yolks and 3 whole eggs. Add the egg mix and sugar to the cream.
Turn heat back to low and heat/slimmer for approximately 8 minutes.

Final product: Take one square as the base of the Twinkie and add desired amount of filling before adding the second square of angel food cake to the top. See attached for photo.

Free VIN Etching
The Surprise Police Dept wants you to be safe from car thieves. So they're hosting an auto theft prevention event this morning. They will offer free crime prevention advice and etch your VIN number onto your windows. The event is outside the Target near Grand Avenue and Bell Road from 8am to 11am.
