1.In a medium sized sauté pan heat olive oil over medium high heat
2.Add the cooked shrimp.
3.When heated through deglaze with the wine.
4.When the wine is ½ reduced slowly
5.Add your shrimp butter stirring constantly so the sauce emulsifies.
6.Place the shrimp in the bottom of the bowl
7.Pour the sauce over them, garnish with chopped parsley.
8. Garnish with cut bread and serve
