Stuffed French Toast
· 2 eggs
· 1 cup heavy cream
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until incorporated.
· 1 ½ cups of marscpone cheese.
· ¼ cup cream cheese
· 1 tablespoon vanilla
Fold all ingredients in large bowl until well incorporated
Large loaf removes crust from all sides
¼ loaf cut desire shape and size
Insert small hole into bread for filling
Fill brioche will filling
Place bread in batter covering all sides
Place in hot non-stick pan cooking all side to golden brown
¼ cup of peanut butter
1 cup maple syrup
½ of fresh banana
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Warm up the maple syrup fold in peanut butter.
Cut bananas in to small coins, sprinkle with sugar in a hot pan sauté bananas until caramelized and golden brown.
