Rick Marquis, the owner of Arizona's Giant Bicycles stores, is celebrating the opening of a new Giant Scottsdale storefront with two full days of events.

The events include test rides, free demonstrations, and high-flying stunt bicycle shows by World Record holder, national champion and mountain bike legend Jeff Lenosky.

The new retail location includes more than 700 square feet of floor space dedicated to showcasing Giant Bicycle's LIV product line of women-specific bicycles and cycling equipment.

Event attendees can also enjoy a complimentary lunch and enter raffles to win prizes, including a Giant Cruiser.

The 14th Annual Historic Home Tour in Mesa

Saturday, Jan. 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
$20 per ticket

Take a self-guided tour of the historic homes and buildings in Mesa, including the city's oldest master planned community. The Mesa Grande Cultural Park, at 1000 N. Date St., is one of the most notable prehistoric Hohokam sites in Arizona.

Admission also includes free access to the Mesa Historical Museum and a souvenir book and map of the tour locations.

Tickets are currently available at the museum (cash or credit card), and on North Heritage (cash or credit card) and West Second Street (cash only). 

All proceeds benefit the Mesa Historical Museum. The Arizona Republic and Americopy sponsor the home tour.
