Mesa man charged for starting Sunflower wildfire with shotgun
Investigators say Steve Craig Shiflet, 23, of Mesa, Ariz. caused the Sunflower Fire near Payson by firing a shotgun while on a bachelor party camping trip in the Sycamore Creek area.
