Mounted securely on its transport platform, the Orion crew module that was flown in the Launch Abort System Pad Abort-1 flight test at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico on May 6, 2010 is slowly rolled down the rear ramp of an Air National Guard C-17 after being ferried back to NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center.
