A Sammamish home designed by legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright is up for sale.
The “Usonian” house, built in 1952, is one of only three such homes in Washington state. It’s listed on the National and State Register of Historic Structures.
The 1,950-square foot home sits on 3.2 wooded acres and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is furnished with redwood furniture, designed by Wright.
Sotheby’s International Realty has listed the home at $1,395,000. The sale price includes a copy of the original blueprint, historical documents and letters written between Wright and the first owner of the home, Ray Brandes.
