PHOENIX -- Go Daddy’s employees weren’t the only ones who benefited from the company’s extravagant year-end party over the weekend at Chase Field.

Together with the Renee Parsons Foundation, the web hosting company celebrated the end of 2012 by raising $2 million for the Semper Fi Fund, which benefits injured military veterans.

“We are fortunate to be in a position to help others who need help,” said Go Daddy Executive Chairman and Founder Bob Parsons. “We owe everything to those who serve and have served our military.”

Parsons, who served in the Vietnam war, also made sure his employees enjoyed themselves on Saturday night.

The B-52’s took the stage for a performance of their hit single “Love Shack,” while an impersonator of the South Korean rapper Psy also entertained guests.

“Our employees work very hard to take good care of our customers and we want to show our employees the same love and appreciation they give our customers,” said Parsons. “Our party is actually very good for business.”

Nascar star Danica Patrick and IndyCar star James Hinchcliffe were also on hand.
